Thank you for shopping with us and we hope that you love your item(s) as much as we do. We want you to be happy so we will work with you to make sure that is achieved.

Sarah Sue Design, has an Exchange Only policy. Any exchanges must be arranged with us within 5 days of receiving your goods.   

Upon receiving your item(s) please check everything over to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase.
Please check:
-the size is right
-the colour is right
-that there are no flaws or damages
For any reason that you are unhappy please contact us immediately at hello@sarahsuedesign.com to arrange your exchange.

Local exchanges can be done during one of our Pickup days. Please email us for info.

*Exchanges for Shipped orders that were over $150, the customer pays to ship the Exchange to us and then we will pay to ship out again.

*Exchanges for Shipped orders that were under $150, the customer pays for shipping the Exchange both ways.

*If there was ever a mistake on our behalf, such as we shipped a different size than ordered, we will pay the shipping both ways.

*All items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Items must not be worn, washed or dry-cleaned. Must be as you were sent them.

**Any Items that you have us do alterations on or custom orders, will be final sale.

Sizing
Please check each items measurements that have been provided. If you have any questions please email us to inquire.

Taxes 
For all orders in Canada, the GST, PST or applicable HST will be charged.


Duties
For shipments outside of Canada, duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. We are also not responsible for any shipping delays caused by importing customs.
